Great location, within walking distance of the city center and close to amenities. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with soft beds and fluffy towels. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing a warm reception upon arrival. Breakfast was varied and tasty, offering a good selection of dishes. a pleasant stay with convenient facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.
Some rooms may be affected by noise from the main road, so it's advisable to request a room away from the street. certain rooms may have limited space in the ensuite, which could be uncomfortable for larger-sized individuals.

Staff were really friendly. We arrived a bit late and owner was trying to reach us but I wrote the wrong phone number by mistake, so try to let them know when you are coming. Room was so warm and nice, beds comfortable and breakfast just perfect. The only thing to bear in mind is that to switch on the shower you have to pull a cord and we weren't aware of that so we thought it wasn't working, but owner just warned us when we asked. It is withing a walking distance to Waterford city centre (about 10-15 minutes walking) and very easy to find. We will go back again.
Everything was great, no complaints
